Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

A structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to take ownership of cost analysis, measurement and tendering across their steel fabrication and architectural metalwork projects in Essex.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties:
- Cost analysis and commercial reporting across live projects
- Surveying, measurement and valuation of works
- Preparing and submitting estimates and tenders

The client will also consider candidates operating at Assistant Commercial Manager level.
