Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

Full training will be provided, giving you all the skills and support needed to succeed in the role.

Available Shifts

AM Shift

• 6:30am - 2:30pm

PM Shift

• 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Pack fresh fruit and vegetables into customer delivery boxes


• Prepare produce using biodegradable packaging


• Carry out quality checks to maintain Riverford's high standards


• Support recycling and sustainability initiatives across the site


• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
