The Role of the Electrical Design Engineer Will Include:

• Producing detailed electrical designs and engineering drawings for control and automation systems


• Creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control panel designs


• Working closely with controls, software, instrumentation and project engineers


• Selecting electrical components and ensuring designs meet relevant engineering standards


• Commutable to the Norwich site

The Successful Electrical Design Engineer Will Have:

• Previous experience within Electrical Design within Automation or Control Systems


• HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline


• Experience using electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar


• Experience as a senior design engineer or keen to emerge into this role


• Background working with industrial machinery, production equipment or similar


• Ability to lead projects and support or mentor junior engineers


• Commutable to the office in Norwich
