Job Title:           General Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the lead at an established London pub with plenty of personality and further potential.

Part of a small independent operation, this is a hands-on role ideally suited to a confident operator who enjoys being at the heart of the business and knows how to build a strong local following.

The venue is predominantly wet-led, with an established customer base and additional opportunities to grow revenue through local marketing, events and private hire.

The successful General Manager will have the freedom to bring ideas to the business while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs to an excellent standard.

General Manager Benefits:

• £40,000 per annum
• Tronc in addition to salary

General Manager Requirements:

• Experienced General Manager from a quality pub, bar or similar operation
• Engaging, hands-on leader who is comfortable running the business from the floor
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to marketing and driving sales
• Strong understanding of EHO, health & safety and operational compliance
• Events or private hire experience would be advantageous
• Confident developing a team and maintaining consistently high standards
