Your Role As A Hygiene Supervisor Will Include:

  Leading and supervising the hygiene team

  Managing daily hygiene schedules and workloads

  Ensuring excellent hygiene and cleaning standards across the site

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  Training, supporting and developing members of the team

  
  


• 
  

  Completing hygiene documentation and records

  
  


• 
  

  Working closely with production and other departments

  
  


• 
  

  Driving continuous improvement across the site

  
  

The Successful Hygiene Supervisor Will Have:

• Experience within hygiene in a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment


• 
  

  Supervisory or Team Leader experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  Good leadership and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive attitude and desire to develop and progress
