Sous Chef Requirements:

• A highly competent, passionate and professional Sous Chef with a genuine love for modern cooking and high standards.
• A strong team player who thrives in a small, close‑knit brigade.
  
  This is a fully hands‑on role involving mise en place, service, clean down and confidently running the pass when required.
• A solid culinary background, ideally trained within produce‑led, quality‑focused kitchens.
• A stable and consistent employment history is essential for all applicants.
