Job Title:           Head Chef

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of a quality-led restaurant kitchen in Battersea.

The operation will focus on a concise, seasonal menu with everything prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients.

This is a hands-on position suited to a chef who enjoys being on the stove, leading a small team and having genuine ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation.

Head Chef requirements:

• An experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to take full responsibility for a quality restaurant kitchen.
• A hands-on chef with strong kitchen management, organisation and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for fresh produce, food prepared from scratch and maintaining consistently high standards.
