Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A leading facade specialist contractor is currently looking for a permanent Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Central London.

The role carries full commercial responsibility from project award through to agreement of final accounts, working upstream with the main contractor and downstream with subcontractors on packages valued at circa £15 million and upwards.

This is a busy workload rather than a role ticking over, with further projects due to commence in early 2027.



Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: Central London

Duties:

• All typical quantity surveying functions from project award through to agreement of final accounts


• Commercial management upstream with the main contractor and downstream with subcontractors


• Procurement


• Payment applications and certifications


• Variations


• Dispute resolution


• Contract administration

Requirements:

• Intermediate-level quantity surveying experience

Working Pattern: Office-based at the company's Covent Garden office.
