We’re working with a growing food manufacturing business looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator who wants to be involved in more than just day-to-day quality checks.

You’ll have the opportunity to help create new products, improve quality standards, influence food safety and work closely with the Technical Manager and wider production team.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

This is a genuinely varied position where you’ll be involved from product concept right through to launch, while also playing a key role in maintaining and improving site quality and food safety standards.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk.

You’ll work across NPD, suppliers, production, quality, audits and continuous improvement, giving you fantastic exposure across the business

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience within food or drinks manufacturing
• A background in QA, Technical, Compliance or NPD
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety legislation and quality systems
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence working with production teams, suppliers and colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good IT / Microsoft Office skills

HACCP, Internal Auditor, BRCGS or retailer technical experience would be a bonus.
