Site Manager

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a contract Site Manager with strong structural steel experience in South Wales.

The role begins on one site until December 2026, then moves to a second nearby site (approximately 15 minutes away) until March 2027, managing one site at a time.

Start Date: 26th, October 2026
Rate: £300/day plus digs, or £350/day without digs
Contract: Until March 2027 (Port Talbot until December 2026, then Margam until March 2027)
Location: South Wales
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Parking: Available on site

Duties:

• Safe delivery of construction works


• Coordination and reporting


• Delivering daily briefings


• Attending site meetings


• Closing NCRs


• Managing handovers

Requirements:

• Strong structural steel experience


• CSCS


• SMSTS


• Lift Supervisor (or higher)


• IOSH


• Temporary Works


• First Aid
