Job Title:         Chef de Partie

H&C Solutions are delighted to be partnering with an award‑winning fine dining restaurant in Ascot.

The restaurant champions modern British cuisine, offering lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as Sunday lunch.

We are seeking a Chef de Partie with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for refined, beautifully presented dishes.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum
• Set days off – the restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday
• Early finish on Sundays, with service completed by 5pm

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• A minimum of three years’ experience working within reputable restaurants or hotels
• A self‑motivated Chef de Partie with a strong eye for detail and a genuine desire to learn and progress
• A stable and proven employment history is essential
• Candidates must live locally and be able to commute to Ascot daily, as accommodation cannot be provided
