This stunning concept champions healthy eating, organic produce, and a menu completely free from refined sugars and flours.

The operation will feature a vibrant café offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and early dinner (service until 8pm), alongside a retail section providing nutritious grab‑and‑go options for guests on the move.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about zero waste, healthy eating and working with whole foods!

Head Chef Requirements:

• A passionate Head Chef with a strong understanding of healthy cooking, whole‑food preparation, and dishes free from refined sugars, flours, and other processed ingredients
• A genuine commitment to zero‑waste principles — experience in sustainable kitchen practices is a real advantage
• Strong organisational skills, with solid knowledge of costings, health & safety, compliance and kitchen paperwork
• Confidence working in an open‑plan kitchen, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and interact comfortably with guests
