Are you a Structural Engineer looking for more involvement in projects rather than simply being given calculations to complete?

An established and design-focused engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in Guildford.

You'll be joining a collaborative environment where engineers are encouraged to contribute ideas, work closely with clients and architects, and develop their technical skills across a varied range of projects.

We Are Looking For A Structural Engineer Who:

- Has around 3–6 years\' structural engineering experience;
- Has experience working within a UK structural engineering consultancy;
- Is comfortable designing in steel, concrete, timber and masonry;
- Has experience taking building structures through different stages of design;
- Is working towards chartership with the IStructE or ICE;
- Is confident communicating with architects, contractors and clients;
- Has the right to work in the UK.

As The Successful Structural Engineer, You Will:

- Work on a variety of interesting and technically challenging structural projects;
- Get involved from early-stage concepts through to detailed design and construction;
- Work closely with architects and other members of the wider design team;
- Develop your experience in refurbishment, reuse and sustainable structural design;
- Attend client meetings and site visits;
- Take on more responsibility as your experience develops;
- Receive support towards your professional development and chartership.
