Production Operative

• Mirfield

       Rotating days shifts

• £12.71 per hour
• 06:15–14:15 / 14:15–22:15

       Fixed Nights shifts

• £14.05 per hour
• 22:15-06:15

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our clients manufacturing site in Mirfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment with ongoing work available for reliable and motivated candidates.

Duties will include:

• Removing finished products from the production line.
• Packing and labelling products to quality standards.
• Carrying out visual quality checks.
• Reprocessing production waste using the waste picker.
• Assisting to keep production running efficiently.
• Completing basic production paperwork.
• Cleaning machinery and maintaining a clean working area.
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
• A good eye for detail.
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
