We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join a growing engineering team covering Reading and the surrounding areas.

Whether you have experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, plant, utilities, military or another technical environment, full product and technical training will be provided.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of dispense and cooling equipment at customer sites.

You'll ensure equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

• Install, service and maintain dispense and cooling equipment.


• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.


• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.


• Respond to breakdowns and minimise customer downtime.


• Advise customers on equipment operation and best practice.


• Complete service reports and associated documentation.


• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts.


• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.


• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.

• Mechanical or technical aptitude.


• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.


• Professional and reliable approach to work.


• Full UK Driving Licence.

• £43,000 Basic Salary
