Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Our client is developing an exciting new premium restaurant concept combining exceptional food, outstanding hospitality and a vibrant dining experience.

The restaurant will have a strong Japanese and Chinese influence, alongside open kitchen elements, counter dining, private dining and a premium beverage offering.

They are seeking a charismatic Restaurant Manager who can become the face of the operation, creating an engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional levels of service.

Restaurant Manager benefits:

Restaurant Manager requirements:

• A charismatic and engaging Restaurant Manager who can naturally become the face of the operation.

• Previous management experience within premium Japanese, Chinese or high-end Asian restaurants would be highly advantageous.

• Experience within luxury or premium hospitality environments is particularly desirable.

• A hands-on manager with excellent guest engagement, leadership and organisational skills.

• Someone who understands how to combine exceptional service standards with a lively and energetic restaurant atmosphere.
