MLR are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector to join a well-established and highly regarded residential property management company in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some property industry experience or knowledge who is looking to develop their career within a friendly, supportive and experienced team.

The role will involve travelling between residential properties to carry out routine inspections, assessing the condition of properties, identifying maintenance issues and recording any repairs or works required.

You will prepare inspection reports, take photographs, liaise with tenants and work closely with the property management team to ensure any issues are followed up and resolved.

Previous experience in property management, lettings, maintenance or inspections would be advantageous, although full training and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop will be provided.

A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential.
