Site Manager ( Structural Steel )

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural steel specialist for a Permanent Site Manager in South Wales.

Start Date: Mid to late November
Salary: circa £55,000-£60,000 per annum
Location: South Wales, with occasional travel further afield
Work Arrangement : Office-based role

Duties :

• Specifying and managing structural steel balcony structures to bring work in-house


• Overseeing structural steel fabrication and installation projects


• Managing project delivery on site to programme and quality standards


• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders


• Travel to sites outside South Wales as required, with travel and accommodation covered

Requirements :

• Proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation — experience-led role, no specific tickets required


• Experience in a Site Manager or similar senior site-based role within the structural steel sector


• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring work in-house effectively


• Willingness to travel occasionally, including to locations such as the Lake District
