Wedding & Events Executive - Dublin - €32-35k + Bonus

MLR is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Wedding & Events Executive to join a prestigious events venue in Dublin, offering the chance to play an important role in delivering memorable weddings and events.

This is a hands-on role managing events from initial enquiry through to booking, planning and handover to the operations team.

You'll look after client communication, site visits, proposals, contracts and payments, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.

The role will also support a busy calendar of weddings, corporate functions and private events.

The ideal candidate will have experience in weddings or events, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings while delivering a high standard of service.

You'll be confident building relationships with clients, detail-focused and proactive.

A full driving licence and access to a car required for this role.
