An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join an independent, food-led pub in East London.

With a strong reputation for quality food and a relaxed yet professional dining environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and takes genuine pride in their cooking.

You'll be working alongside an exceptionally talented Head Chef who has spent 12 years developing their craft in Michelin-starred kitchens.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £17.50 to £18.00, depending on experience.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality, fresh-food kitchen.
• A genuine passion for cooking, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and producing consistently excellent dishes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your section confidently and efficiently.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn from an experienced Head Chef.
• Good understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene and professional cooking standards.
• A reliable team player who takes pride in presentation, consistency and attention to detail.
• Someone who enjoys a collaborative kitchen environment and is keen to develop their culinary knowledge and techniques.
