GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.When subcontractors are necessary/present on majority self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots on the ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include:
Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results
Personnel and process management
All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority
Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance of:
Toolbox Talk attendance
DTA reporting
Truck audits
Goal of zero safety related incidents on all projects JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Under general supervision, the Tactical Buyer is responsible procuring raw materials, components, MRO supplies, and services to support production and distribution in a cost-effective manner.
This role manages purchase orders, vendor relationships, and ensures the timely flow of goods that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Essential Duties
Manage day-to-day transactional buying and related activities.
Efficiently uses the ERP system on a daily basis.
Create POs and manage the procurement of open orders.
Work closely with supplier base to ensure product quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Identifies cost saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.
Monitor and control material flow to support dynamic business requirements including working with overseas suppliers, freight carriers, customs broker, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
May be asked to lead and/or participate in cross functional teams with Accounting, Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Sales, etc.
Ensure that procured materials and services meet technical and quality requirements.
May be asked to support with suppliers in the negotiation of contracts, supply agreements, pricing, lead times, issue resolution.
Control price with all suppliers.
Anticipate and report supply chain issues to management.
Prepare purchase analysis and PO detail reports for Legend Brands companies as requested.
Execute objectives and improve against department KPIs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience working with chemical and electrical commodities is an added advantage.
The Tactical Buyer demonstrates the following:
ERP/MRP navigation and PO Management.
Basic supplier communication and expediting.
Cost comparison and RFQ execution.
Positive communication with Production, Quality, Planning and Warehouse teams.
Know all applicable processes and procedures and demonstrates proficiency.
Advanced supplier management skills.
Cost reduction projects.
Supply Chain Risk Management (single-source risk mitigation, global sourcing impacts, etc.).
Effectively analyze Total Cost of Ownership data.
Employment Standards
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems - D365 preferred.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Understanding of lean manufacturing environment utilizing 5S, Kaizen or Kanban system.
Skill in decision making by considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choosing the most appropriate one.
Applies Total Cost of Ownership techniques to accomplish objectives.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance cost, quality and risk.
Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and software, specifically MS Excel.

Assist with operating filling line and box completed product.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc. Assist operator in changing filing line components from run to run Check application of lids on containers and manually tighten any loose lids Print and apply labeling to filled boxes Box and palletize finished product Complete tracking forms and attach to pallets Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas

Rust-Oleum is looking for an experienced Project Manager responsible for the implementation of various information technology projects that align with business and IT strategies.
This position requires a vast breadth of technology and business expertise to deliver complex projects.

Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior.
