JOB DESCRIPTION
Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary:
As a Category Management Analyst at Rust-Oleum, you will play a key role in driving strategic merchandising initiatives with the Home Center accounts - Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menard's.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing planograms to enhance product visibility, customer experience, and sales performance across Home Depot stores
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Business Planning: Assist in the development and execution of customer business plans Integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support category and team initiatives, including new product introductions, pricing analyses, seasonal reviews and promotional planning. Build and maintain planograms using Blue Yonder Space Planning software. Align planograms with Home Depot's merchandising strategy and Rust-Oleum's product assortment. Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. Track planogram execution and performance across store clusters. Support promotional planning and seasonal resets with optimized layout
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in category management, space planning, or retail analytics. Proficiency in Blue Yonder Space Planning and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with or supporting Home Depot is highly preferred. Salary Target Range: $55,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work.
Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings.
Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to:
Peel tests
Product testing
Product recommendations
Proper product installations
Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials.
Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation.
Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation.
Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed.
Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days.
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team.
Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable.
Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities.
Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal.
Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems)
In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of the applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line.

Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to support business case development

Key Requirements:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified experience
Experience within a high-growth start-up, preferably in the AI, SaaS, or wider tech sector
Strong understanding of technical accounting and financial control in a scaling business
Proven ability to implement and improve finance systems and reporting tools
Commercially minded, confident working with founders and external stakeholders
