Reports To: Digital & Social Media Strategist
Direct Reports/Manages others: No As our Content and Community Lead you will work with a small internal team to produce social media and digital copy, design social/digital graphics, analytics and social listening reports to help grow brand awareness, followers and engagement.
This person will work directly with the Digital and Social Media Strategist and Digital and Social Creative Producer to plan, produce and execute paid and owned social and digital content on an ongoing basis.
This person will also coordinate with the Social Care team as they monitor, moderate and manage a subset of branded social media communities.

Content Creation Embedded member of the brand team regularly attending and actively participating in key meetings; actively executing and reporting on tactics to support brand priorities Collaborates with videographer/photographer to create engaging social media content supporting key growth objectives for the brand Owns the copywriting and content publishing process for branded social and digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Web, and eCommerce Works with internal teams to source owned photography and videos; networks with consumers and influencers to source earned videography, photography and user generated content Designs graphics for social posts, eCommerce and web pages Schedules and publishes social posts as well as digital content and maintains an organized social/digital content calendar capturing activity across channels Community Management Manages multiple social media communities on behalf of brand with support of the social care team by monitoring and moderating conversation, responding to consumers with pre-approved language and escalating issues internally to the appropriate team members to ensure they are acted upon and addressed in a timely manner Reporting Assists Digital and Social Media Strategist with conducting social listening exercises, analyzing content performance and preparing reports on trends, insights and opportunities
Responsibilities:

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,000 and $75,000.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategically manage inventory and equipment resources, ensuring optimal allocation, maintenance, and use to support field operations. Oversee budget management and financial planning for field operations, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and adjusting strategies as needed. Monitor the industry and market, identify trends, correct utilization metrics, address gross margin and/or operating income concerns, and correct poor performance to prevent future repetitive issues.
Forecast, analyze, and report regularly on established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the achievement of goals.
Monitor key performance and safety metrics, develop comprehensive reports and communicate outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety and escalation protocol. Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to maintain optimum performance. Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction through strategic oversight while championing outcomes across field and operational teams as well as external partners and vendors. Oversee quality control, schedule random site visits to current and previous job sites, review documentation, and assess customer satisfaction regularly. Model, uphold, and promote professional standards within the field teams to ensure a high level of service delivery, professional conduct and appearance, and safety-first mentality. Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented, communication and followed in accordance with organizational standards. Oversee, conduct, and provide all related employee training, including but not limited to compliance protocols, safety expectations (OSHAS Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, Vehicle Safety/DOT training, etc.) process standards, and customer satisfaction requirements. Effectively lead and foster professional, clear, direct, and timely communication internally and externally.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field, lead and encourage effective two-way communication. Manage communication with TBS field operations, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives and objectives. Facilitate regular strategic communication with sales, management, leadership and other key stakeholders to proactively identify potential challenges, develop resolutions and execute accordingly.
Leverage collaborative relationships to address higher-level discrepancies and ensure alignment between field operations and sales objectives including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Manage administrative requirements including but not limited to expense management, timecards and time management, monthly sales projections, status reports, large job approvals, sales quotes, project specifications, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in related field such as construction management, business, management, communications, etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
With a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of related management experience in customer service, business, construction or services related experience is required. With a Bachelor or higher degree, a minimum of 3 years related management experience required; education will be considered in lieu of experience. On-site construction safety experience is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OSHA 10-hour training preferred
