What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution.

Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx.

As District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7-10 Sales Representatives.
You will set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.
 We are looking for an individual with sales experience, talent, enthusiasm and creative vision to lead an assigned, local, sales district. STONHARD, a subsidiary of RPM Performance Coatings, is the leading manufacturer and installer of high performance seamless floors and lining systems in the world. Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree with a minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team, calling on end users, general contractors, design engineers and design build firms to sell our product and services.
This experience, combined with outstanding communication/presentation skills and a high level of energy, is necessary for this influential sales position. Our successful candidate will receive extensive product training and will work with some of the best marketing, technical service and R&D professionals in the industry.
You will manage a sales force that consults, designs, and specifies seamless flooring in both industrial and commercial markets.
This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager - West Coast We offer a competitive salary, uncapped bonus potential, expenses and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, Pension and Stock Purchase Plans.

What will you do?
   Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district.  Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance.  Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers.  Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's.
Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects.  Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.  Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.  Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.  A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.
Additional tasks are performed, as required and do not significantly alter this description. 
Compensation Package:
   Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000  Bonus potential (First 2 years average): approx.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution.

 Job Purpose
 The IT Project Manager leads the planning and execution of medium to highly complex technology projects, including software implementations, process improvements, and ERP integrations.
This role involves cross-departmental coordination, managing budgets, resources, timelines, and communication plans.
The manager ensures project goals align with organizational objectives, monitors progress, mitigates risks, and maintains quality standards while often overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. 
This position is hybrid (40% remote) and requires attendance on site for meetings and plant visits.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance or willing to relocate. Ability to travel when required.
Principal Accountabilities
 The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.

Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project assessments for future improvements.  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resource allocation.  Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure engagement and satisfaction.  Coordinates / directs the activities of project teams to accomplish the goals of a project.
Team may be other IT staff, as well as end-user staff.
  Supervises contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistance, as needed.  Provides secondary support for the technical hardware and communications platforms used to support application systems: would include log in, printing, security, etc.
Act as a liaison between end-users and the IT technical group.  This position may have direct reports and participate in the hiring process.
  May provide direction and supervision to project team members, consultants, contract programmers and temporary help, as required.
 Supervision may include work assignments, quality review, training and scheduling. 
Experience |Education | Certifications 
   Bachelor's degree in related discipline  Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
  General knowledge and understanding of core business operations and organizational functions.  Proficient in analysis, design, and testing methodologies to support process improvement and solution development.  Strong project management skills, including planning, time tracking, leadership, and familiarity with various methodologies.  Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.  Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira and Monday.com  Proficient in personal computer operations, including printing, file management, and the use of essential software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet applications.  Possesses a basic understanding of IT communications networks, including connectivity principles and common troubleshooting practices.  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and public audiences.

Benefits and Compensation
 The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 Please not all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance, internal equity, among other qualifying criteria permitted by law.
