Pre-weigh Personnel (Job Description)
Scope:
Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas. • Communicating with Supervisors or Peers • Package products for storage or shipment. • Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales. • Follow formulas to produce food products to meet customers specified. • Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products. • Read work orders to determine production specifications and information • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment. • Record operational and production data on specified forms • Maintain a clean work area • Frequently Walk; Reach with hands and arms; the employee is regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Talk, hear. • Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. • Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. • Must always be safety conscious • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. • Capable of working independently • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
Education and Experience:
• Education: High school diploma.

Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, this role offers the opportunity to influence high-level decision-making while building a scalable financial platform aligned with the firm’s investment strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Lead all financial aspects of the business including fund and management company accounting, cash flow, and investor reporting
Oversee financial operations across group entities and portfolio support structures
Manage external audit, tax, legal, and compliance relationships
Develop and deliver insightful reporting and analysis for investors, partners, and the Board
Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the group
Support deal execution, including due diligence, funding structures, and post-acquisition integration
Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks are maintained
Build and develop the internal finance function to support future growth and complexity
Act as a key partner to senior leadership, supporting both fund-level and operational strategy
Key Requirements:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, ideally with a background in private equity, investment management, or financial services
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience managing both fund and corporate finance operations
Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a regulated environment
Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to strategic and investment decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including investor relations experience
