The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Job Summary
The Material Handler I/II is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely movement, staging, and documentation of materials that support assembly line operations.
They ensure continuous material flow, assist with inventory control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and maintain quality standards.

Material Handler II
This is the next level of the Material Handler series and is required to have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:
Competence in all Material Handler essential duties and minimum qualifications
Create and execute transfers between sites
Process inbound paperwork, transfers, and purchase orders in the system
Review and confirm production schedules daily
Certified to operate 2 or more types of forklifts
Ability to work in 2 or more areas

Project Management

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
B.S.

This position is responsible for influencing the development of preventative maintenance programs at the facility and will have a significant role in capital improvement plans while assisting in work area design, plant layout, visual control and metric implementation, material flow, process tracking, and communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product
Participate in plant metric reporting
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities as detailed in the facility site plan to resolve any production problems that may occur, maximize product consistency, and minimize cost
Prepare estimates of production costs and production progress reports for management
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and in pilot plant operations
Use SAP to monitor production/business functions
Recommend modifications to current processes and equipment; document and follow up with process engineers responsible for the modifications
Work with the plant engineers and maintenance to influence the direction of preventative maintenance best practices
Support a high-performance results-oriented culture and maintain high standards of safety and compliance
Provide technical and operational leadership for equipment and facility maintenance and improvements
Deliver disciplined project management and product development assistance
Regular review of batch first pass yield, felt production quality, distressed, obsolete, scrap, and returned material
Troubleshoot batch and raw material issues
Assist in the identification of capital requirements for the facilities' annual capital plans and budgets
Help investigate equipment failures, difficulties, and deficiencies
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and continuous production
Develop and streamline their critical metrics and assist when necessary
Assist in the development of site metrics and KPI's
Perform a job in accordance with all Tremco safety policies and procedures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.

Primarily responsible for assuring the safe operation of Stonhard's manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Fort Wayne, compliance with all applicable regulations and training of Stonhard personnel in applicable requirements.
Essential Functions
Responsible for general OSHA (Title 29CFR) compliance in all Stonhard manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Fort Wayne, IN.
Ensure facility compliance with all applicable national and state mandated fire protection codes in all Fort Wayne, IN.
Responsible for implementing, conducting, and maintaining OSHA required programs, training and recordkeeping of all Stonhard employees located in Fort Wayne, IN facilities.
Responsible for compliance with environmental regulations (Title 40CFR) in Fort Wayne, Indiana Stonhard manufacturing and distribution facilities, including specifically, but not limited to:
Solid and Hazardous Waste management and disposal
Clean Air Act compliance and Clean Water Act compliance
Stormwater Permitting
Emergency Response
Assist and work closely with the Corporate Manager- Environmental, Health and Safety with safety and environmental inspections, sustaining EH&S metrics, permitting and compliance.
Responsible for tracking daily and weekly facility housekeeping/compliance inspections at all Fort Wayne, IN facilities.
Coordinate emergency response for hazardous material and hazardous waste incidents.
Also has responsibility for maintaining spill response readiness (spill cabinets).
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing PPE requirements and supplies for all facilities in Fort Wayne, IN.
Responsible for conducting incident / near miss investigations, root cause analysis, and assignment of corrective actions.
Responsible for proposing implementing and maintaining loss reduction measures, programs and training at all Fort Wayne, IN facilities.
Responsible for hosting monthly safety meetings and presenting monthly compliance training to manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Fort Wayne, IN
Minimum Requirements
BS Degree in Safety Management
3-5 years related experience.
Knowledge of Contractor Safety
Knowledge of OSHA standards
Knowledge of EPA regulations
Knowledge of local, state, and federal fire codes and regulations
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Ability to solve problems as they arise.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances while on the worksite.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $80,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Job Purpose
This role leads the U.S.
