Responsibilities As an Automotive Service Advisor, your role will include:
- Handling customer calls and service bookings
- Scheduling work to maximise workshop efficiency
- Maintaining the vehicle service planner
- Processing invoices and handling cash payments
- Providing customers with updates on repair progress
Requirements The ideal Automotive Service Advisor will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Be confident communicating with customers and the workshop team
- Be computer literate, with knowledge of MS Office
- Kerridge/ADP system experience advantageous but not essential
