Proven experience as a senior spa or wellbeing leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness brandStrong commercial and operational background with a strategic mindsetExceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsLuxury international destination spa experience a mustUp-to-date knowledge of global wellbeing trends and guest expectationsProfessional, polished, and passionate about creating transformative experiencesPositive, proactive, and able to inspire excellence at all levels
