The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for Consultant Psychiatrists with experience in Child & Adolescent and Adult Mental Health to join a well-supported regional mental health service delivering care across a large rural catchment.
This is a full-time, part-time, or sessional opportunity across permanent or fixed-term arrangements.

The Role
You will provide senior clinical leadership across a broad regional mental health service, including:
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
Adult and youth mental health programs
Community-based assessment and treatment services across the lifespan
Consultation and liaison with GPs, carers, and allied health professionals
Clinical governance, review leadership, and Mental Health Act responsibilities
Service development aligned with national and state mental health priorities
Participation in quality improvement, teaching, and workforce development
You will also work across multiple regional sites as part of an integrated mental health network.

Aboriginal mental health programs across all ages
Child, adolescent, youth, adult, and older persons services
Multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and Aboriginal health workers
