We are looking for Warehouse Audit Team Leaders to join our site-based team and lead daily stock accuracy checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role based at our customer's distribution centre.
You'll take responsibility for daily auditing output and accuracy, ensuring stock leaving the depot matches paperwork, delivery requests, and operational expectations.
You'll manage a small team, drive performance, and keep standards consistently high.
What you'll be doing
Leading daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requirements
Verifying incoming deliveries and highlighting discrepancies quickly
Monitoring audit data to spot trends, errors, and performance gaps
Coaching team members through weekly 1:1 supervision and feedback
Ensuring daily KPIs are achieved across both quality and output
Maintaining clear documentation and audit records
Supporting continuous improvement and raising standards on site

My client is a global centre of excellence, specialising in the design and manufacture of electronic controllers, instrumentation, and drives.
The role as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex will be leading the NPI Development team and will be responsible for liaising with the relevant design staff to ensure the overall quality and delivery of new parts, to the highest standards.
You will also work to ensure the proposed design concepts can be manufactured cost-effectively.
You will oversee the prototype build of products in question, prepare relevant documentation and actively participate in PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and DFMEs (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
This role will also require you to work with Operations personnel to allow for the optimisation and layout of the assembly areas, as well as the assembly tooling used in the NPI build.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager must have experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
As Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex, you will have experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) role within electronics assembly, and/or PCB/cable assembly or electronics box build as well as experienced in the use of ERP/MRP systems (SAP Preferable).
You will also have an Engineering Degree or equivalent and provable experience in a similar position.
Awareness of all types of electronic printed circuit assembly techniques is beneficial.

THE PERSON:
Experience in an Operations Manager, Site Manager, General Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Manager Distribution Manager, Distribution Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Logistics, Head of Operations, Warehouse Manager, Site Lead, Operational Excellence Manager, Logistics Transformation Manager or Continuous Improvement Manager role
Significant leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational site environment.
A demonstrable track record of leading change, transformation or significant operational improvement.
Examples of improving measurable KPIs such as productivity, service, OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost, quality or safety.
Experience introducing greater structure, accountability and operational discipline into an evolving operation.
Strong people leadership skills with experience developing managers, supervisors and future leaders.
Experience managing underperformance and raising standards without losing engagement from the wider workforce.
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management, ideally alongside exposure to transport/distribution.
Experience using WMS/ERP systems and operational data to improve performance.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies would be advantageous.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
A hands-on leadership style, you'll be comfortable setting strategy but equally willing to get onto the warehouse floor and understand problems first-hand.
