About the team
This organisation provides multiple services for Children in need including specialist: education, residential care, clinical services, crisis intervention and fostering.
The Yorkshire service is based across two offices, one in North Yorkshire and one in South Yorkshire but you'd be attached to the South Yorkshire office as your nearest hub.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience of working within Children's Social Work, ideally within Fostering, post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
You'll be managing a caseload of Foster Carers around the East Lincolnshire (Lincoln to Skegness) whilst doing the occassional form f assessment and attending foster carer recruitment events.

The Redline Group are looking for a highly-skilled Contract Project Quality Manager, to join a major engineering project situated in Yorkshire, on site 5 days a week.
This engagement spans a 3-6-month period and centres around the construction, mechanical completion, installation and commissioning phases of a significant chemical process plant project.
As the Contract Project Quality Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the project, working closely with contractors, suppliers and a European supply chain.

We are looking for Warehouse Audit Team Leaders to join our site-based team and lead daily stock accuracy checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role based at our customer's distribution centre.
You'll take responsibility for daily auditing output and accuracy, ensuring stock leaving the depot matches paperwork, delivery requests, and operational expectations.
You'll manage a small team, drive performance, and keep standards consistently high.
What you'll be doing
Leading daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requirements
Verifying incoming deliveries and highlighting discrepancies quickly
Monitoring audit data to spot trends, errors, and performance gaps
Coaching team members through weekly 1:1 supervision and feedback
Ensuring daily KPIs are achieved across both quality and output
Maintaining clear documentation and audit records
Supporting continuous improvement and raising standards on site
What We're Looking For
You'll suit this role if you're accurate, structured, and confident leading others.
If you're naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
You'll need
Experience in a warehouse environment (audit, checking, stock control, dispatch, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
Comfortable leading a team and managing performance
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Able to stay focused and consistent in a fast-paced environment
Must be aged 18+
Hours and Shift Pattern
5 hours per week (plus daily 30-minute unpaid break)
5 days out of 7
8-hour shifts between:
14:00-22:00
Working environment: Mixed

We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer's distribution centre.
Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.

What you'll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
Working to daily targets and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a manager.
You need to be accurate, consistent, and reliable.
You'll need
Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards

Own transport required
