This is a critical role and the successful candidate will instigate, manage and maintain high quality and long-term relationships with certain clients and be their primary point of contact. As an account manager you will need to understand all the services that Podymos offers and become an expert in your client’s technology / medical area to be a true resource to them and provide guidance on the activities that will drive their business goals. You will work seamlessly with all team members, engaging the right colleagues at the right time, ensuring that all projects are effectively managed and are delivered to the highest standard in the most efficient manner. Responsibilities in this role include
Managing client projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered in the most efficient manner, always maintaining high standards. Managing estimates for new client projects, through collaboration with the internal team.Weekly reporting to clients and internal team. Ensuring all internal platforms are maintained.Ensuring you keep up to date with new advances in your clients’ therapeutic areas by liaising with team members and completing your own research. Providing support to other team members as necessary to ensure other Podymos client projects are delivered on time.
