What Youll Do
- Work with senior leadership to develop and deliver a strategic sales plan targeting utilities (gas, electricity, water, telecoms, hydrogen) and construction sectorsfocusing on street works, highways, and AMP8 framework contracts.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders clients, contractors, engineers, procurement, sustainability, compliance teams as a Technical Sales Manager

Key Requirements

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and to industry events.

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and oversee high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.
Lead, support and supervise staff, ensuring effective training, performance management, and rota planning
Develop and maintain personalised care and behaviour support plans, ensuring a person-centred, therapeutic approach
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding protocols, and regulatory frameworks (MCA, DoLS)
Manage incidents and behaviours that challenge, promoting de-escalation and positive behaviour support strategies
Work collaboratively with families, MDTs, commissioners and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Oversee day-to-day service operations, including budgets, audits, medication management, and quality assurance
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person centred care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
Confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues/ internal as well as external professionals/ families and visitors
Create strong links with the local community
A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector/ running a commercially successful/ good or outstanding rated care home
Experience working in a Learning Disability home with complex, high needs and challenging behaviour
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £55,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time for 40 hours from 9am-5pm.

We are looking for a Workshop Engineer in the Doncaster area to join a growing aftersales and service team for a market leader in construction equipment.

This is a full-time in-house position responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of all plant and machinery/product range.
This role is commutable from the DN4 postcode.

The Role - Maintenance Technician:
- Service and maintenance of a wide range of petrol and diesel-powered plant machinery/ equipment.

- Possess a working knowledge of industry standards, product details, and company services.

Key Candidate Requirements - Maintenance Technician:
- Experience repairing mechanical equipment and/or vehicles
- Experience working with electrical and hydraulic equipment, including petrol and diesel-powered machinery.
- Holds a mechanical or engineering-related qualification (desirable)
- Lives within a commutable distance to Doncaster
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to customer concerns.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence
- Resourceful and capable of working independently.
