My client is a leading PI Law firm and they are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join the team.
As a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception through to completion.
You will work closely with clients to assess the extent of disrepair in their properties, negotiate settlements with landlords or housing authorities, and provide expert legal advice and representation where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into housing disrepair issues, including property inspections and gathering of evidence.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives and provide clear and concise legal advice.

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
