The children's Court Team are looking for a highly experienced Locum Team Manager to Manage a team of Social Workers.
This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team:
The team are a specialist team working with children who have met the threshold for legal intervention and will be involved in court work, the team prepare assessments and evidence for court and care planning for children and young people.
About you:
The Ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 3 years post-ASYE experience, you must also have court experience for this role and be able to hit the ground running and respond to challenges and demands with pace and compassion.
