JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Administrator, Contracts is primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
Primary goal is to ensure that installation partners remain compliance, and enrollments are completed prior to project kick-off or customer deadlines, whichever is earliest.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sets up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies. Processes installer tool and supply purchases.
Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education 3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Works well as part of a team
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent coursework in a related specialty field

Monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Maintain records of operating and property lease agreements. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience minimum 2 years Supervisor or Management experience, minimum 1 year sales or retail experience preferred.
Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACCA / ACA qualified / finalist Senior Practice Accountant with 4+ years of UK accountancy practice experience to join a reputable accountancy firm.
In this role, you will oversee year-end accounts for various entities, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
* Prepare and file corporation tax returns while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Manage VAT returns and offer expert VAT guidance to clients.
* Oversee pension scheme administration and reporting.
* Provide tax planning and business advice, ensuring statutory compliance and optimal tax efficiency.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for financial and tax inquiries.
* Support and mentor junior staff members and ensure timely completion of client accounts & tax returns.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Accountant or in a similar role.
* Possess 4+ years of UK accountancy practice experience.
* ACCA / ACA qualified, or a finalist.
* Background in preparing and reviewing year-end accounts.
* Understanding of UK taxation, including corporation tax, VAT, and pensions.
* Skilled in accountancy software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and Excel.

Job Title - Home Purchase and Acquisitions Officer
Location -London SE1
Contract - Temp ongoing.
Hours - 36
Role summary - Our client is looking for a dedicated Home Purchase and Acquisitions Officer to manage various property purchase schemes on behalf of the Client.
The role includes facilitating rehousing for regeneration projects, shared equity, and other schemes that increase the companies housing stock.
You will be responsible for financial assessments, overseeing a small, shared ownership portfolio, and ensuring a smooth transition for new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with rehousing homeowners affected by regeneration, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth relocations.
Manage the Cash Incentive schemes and other property purchasing processes.
Oversee the shared ownership portfolio, including rent and service charge collection, staircasing, and adherence to the Debt Recovery Protocol.
Liaise with various stakeholders, including solicitors, surveyors, and external valuers, to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
Administer payment processes within the companies's financial procedures.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud detection regulations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of leasehold management and home purchase schemes.
Experience supporting residents with rehousing, ideally within regeneration projects.
Ability to manage a multifaceted workload and meet deadlines.
Experience dealing with sensitive resident issues and communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
Familiarity with financial management, particularly in home purchase schemes.
