Our client, a forward thinking firm, is seeking an experienced Flexi Conveyancer to provide support across multiple teams, manage escalations, and ensure the smooth progression of files.
This role requires a strong technical background in conveyancing where you will be a part of the Flexi team.
You will hold problem - solving skills, and the ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve file escalations raised by clients, developers, or third parties.
- Update breach logs and chase outstanding documents on files where the fee earner is no longer with the firm.
- Handle historic file requests and post-completion queries, ensuring smooth registration and addressing any outstanding issues.
- Provide cover for team absences, stepping in where support is most needed.
- Respond to technical queries, escalating complex matters where necessary.
- Ensuring high-priority transactions are handled efficiently.

Essential Skills & Experience:
