We are working with our client, a financial services firm, on an excellent permanent opportunity for an Investment Assistant to join their team based in Dundee.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the investment team with various queries using MS Excel to provide suitable data and create impactful spreadsheets and reports.
We are delighted to receive applications from individuals who have strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, CAGR etc.) and an interest in moving into a financial services firm.
Skills/Experience:
Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel (essential), PowerPoint, FactSet (desirable).
Some experience in a similar position, perhaps with experience in administration, data analysis, or operations.
Graduates with strong MS Excel skills will also be considered.

Delivery of monthly packs and other reports as needed by the team
Creation and maintenance of various financial screens for the team
Monitor parameters and characteristics of funds
Assist in the delivery of ad hoc and annual tasks for the company's presentations

About the Role
As a Recruitment Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we continue to deliver a high-quality recruitment service across a variety of sectors including engineering, warehouse, customer service, finance, manufacturing, marketing, and IT.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Using multiple job boards, the in-house database and social media platforms to source CVs
- Screening candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent positions
- Contacting and qualifying candidates over the phone and via email
- Formatting CVs and creating clear, professional candidate profiles
- Providing interview preparation and gathering feedback post-interview
- Maintaining accurate records on our CRM and supporting with general recruitment administration

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Ground Segment Systems Engineer to join a leading space engineering team developing the infrastructure and software that enable mission-critical spacecraft operations.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, where youll lead the development of ground systems from concept through to maintenance, shaping the technology that supports safe and efficient mission control.
Youll act as a bridge between Mission & Systems Engineering and Operations, ensuring that ground systems are robust, integrated, and ready to deliver across all phases of flight operations.
This role suits an engineer with a strong understanding of ground segment architecture and experience across multiple missions, whos ready to take ownership and mentor others in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the development of ground systems including Mission Control, Mission Planning, and Ground Station Interface Systems.
- Define ground segment requirements and oversee delivery of specific components.
- Act as technical lead or product owner, interfacing with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Follow Agile (SCRUM) methodologies to deliver on requirements, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, V&V plans, test procedures, and reports.
- Support verification and validation, system integration, and simulation campaigns.
- Provide technical support and training to operations teams using ground systems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance operational ground segment components.
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in satellite ground systems engineering.
- Strong understanding of the ground segment architecture and its core components (mission control, mission planning, and communications systems).
- Solid grasp of requirements engineering, system integration, and verification and validation.

- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Mission Control Systems (preferably SCOS-2000-based).

- Experience with ECSS and CCSDS standards.

Essential Functions
Supervise and lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract administration or related role. 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience working in an office-based, team-oriented environment. Experience in government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of insurance terminology, ability to interpret requirements and read certificates of insurance (COIs). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.
Preferred Requirements
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or other relevant certifications. Familiarity with risk management principles. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software; Agiloft experience is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.
