Responsibilities:
The Pricing Analyst intern would work under mentorship of Sr.
Pricing Analyst. The intern will work on The Sales/Pricing Analyst Intern will be responsible for optimizing our current program review process. By the end of the internship program, they will deliver an optimized review that aligns the program goals back to organizational goals for the business, defines KPI's, and improves upon our standardized communication template. The revamped process and tools will be implemented within the Sales Administration team
Requirements

Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for goal attainment for the team. Maintains a high level of customer service by quick and accurate responses to inquiries. Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Identify process gaps or areas for process improvement. Implement and communicate customer contract requirements where applicable. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, standard reporting, analytics, training team members, etc. This individual will be responsible for managing the payment problems file and working toward payment resolution with the Tremco credit department on all past-due invoices related to inspections, warranties, and leak calls within your division.

What you'll be doing:
Driving sales and hitting key retail targets to maximise income for the charity.
Leading by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Recruiting, training, and developing a strong team of staff and volunteers.
Ensuring the store is beautifully presented with eye-catching displays.
Encouraging donations from the local community and promoting Gift Aid.
Managing stock, pricing, and visual merchandising to maximise sell-through.
