THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.
At Graduate or Assistant level you will ideally have a year or more experience of working for a UK firm of PQS doing both pre and post contract duties.
You will need to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or similar and be keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.
An interest in doing the Employer's Agent role is required including contract administration.
You should first class communication skills, both written and spoken.
You will need to be a car owner and driver as some of the projects are not near to public transport.
You should have a stable work record.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken along with good IT skills and have good client facing skills.
Salary is in the region of £28000 to £50000 (depending on your level) plus car allowance, pension contribution plus RICS fees and two discretionary bonus' per annum.

What We\'re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing support or legal administration role is desirable

The role will see you working closely with experienced Partners, the firms Trust Manager, and wider team members, dealing with a broad spectrum of trust administration, probate, and tax matters.
