The Role of Quality Inspector:
- Inspection of machined metal components
- 1st off quality quality-checking parts
- Visual inspection
- Using a variety of quality-checking techniques and tools, including verniers, callipers and micrometres
- Occasion use of the CMM (training will be provided)
- Working from engineering drawings
- Working independently and as part of a successful team
Experience Required - Quality Inspector:
- Quality Inspector with experience of checking machined components
- Ability to use a variety of quality-checking techniques and tools, including verniers, callipers and micrometres
- Must be able to work alone but also within a team environment
- Hardworking and self-motivated

The Role of Quality Administrator:
- Support the Quality Manager with all project-related and day-to-day administrative tasks and processes.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Quality Department, including tasks such as scanning, reconciliation, filing, archiving, and document retrieval.
- Conduct annual internal audits, including the preparation and submission of comprehensive audit reports
- Help resolve bottlenecks in visual inspection operations when needed
- Prepare products for delivery according to customer quality requirements
- Keep quality registers and documentation updated and maintained
- Ensure all electronic filing and manual filing systems are kept up to date
Experience Required - Quality Administrator:
- Proven work experience in a Quality role within the Aerospace industry or similar
- Compliance to AS9100 Requirements
- Understanding engineering & quality, technical information
- Knowledge of Lean Processes is desirable
- Microsoft computer packages experience

We are looking for an experienced Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Test Technician.
As a GSE Test Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks including hot fire testing of apogee engines, instrumentation of engines, and maintaining and upgrading the firing site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hot fire testing of apogee engines.
Instrument engines and maintain firing site.
Support lead Test Engineers for site preparation and maintenance.
Handle propellant sampling, analysis, and testing.
Maintain and operate mechanical and steam vacuum systems.
Calibrate instrumentation and conduct steam boiler maintenance.
Work with and handle flight hardware, including preparation of customer flight engines for test, instrumentation, installation on to the test stand, removal post hot fire test, and subsequent engine decontamination activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in GSE testing and chemical analysis of propellants.
