JOB DESCRIPTION
The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating and improving processes within Stonhard manufacturing operations.
Additionally, the Process Engineer is responsible for implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, capital project support, production efficiency, maintenance process improvements, and equipment reliability.
Essential Functions
Lead root cause analysis for process failures.
Develop and maintain standard work instructions.
Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for areas of responsibility.
Improves production line efficiency to show a measurable increase in OEE.
Support maintenance in equipment troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of I/O, PLC, and 24V controls is preferred.
Programming a plus.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems preferred.
Design and coordinate fabrication of manufacturing support components.
Support day-to-day production operations.
Re-engineer existing equipment to meet new optimization, reliability, safety, throughput, and process requirements.
Evaluate and make recommendations, which will increase output and decrease costs by addressing/improving workflow, ergonomics, time/motion characteristics, cycle-times, set-up times, waste, etc.
Confer with management and general staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Ensure CI project goals are met and sustained through the development of effective control plans.
Ensure Continuous Improvement processes and procedures are followed and adhered to through auditing and process confirmation practices.
Lead C.I.
initiatives in areas of 5S, Waste Reduction, Value-Stream Mapping, etc.
Ensure appropriate validations are completed as part of solution implementation.
Downtime Loss Analysis and Reduction - Start-up & Changeovers downtime improvement
Equipment failure (Structured failure analysis 5W's, Fishbone analysis)
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred but not required.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience preferably in a GMP environment.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10-25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $65,000 and $75,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

The role of Electrical Technician
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join the Maintenance team, responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical maintenance, inspection, testing and repairs across the pipeline system.
The role supports the safe and reliable operation of electrical infrastructure by responding to faults, resolving equipment issues and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Working closely with technical teams, site supervisors and operations, you will help ensure systems remain efficient, dependable and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Technician:
Carry out maintenance, overhaul, fault finding and repair of electrical equipment using OEM manuals, drawings and engineering documentation.
Respond to breakdowns, support diagnostics, and complete inspections in line with BS7671 and BS60079 standards.
Plan, coordinate and oversee contractor activities, including permits, handovers, and safe isolation procedures.
Maintain accurate records via CMMS, including work orders, parts used, remedial actions, and asset/PPM updates.
Support site operations through calibration of instruments, alarm testing, and maintenance of systems such as SCADA and tank gauging.
Manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and support continuous improvement through audits, training of junior staff, and development of procedures.
Essential Criteria for the Electrical Technician
Qualified Electrical Technician with a recognised time-served apprenticeship and certifications: 18th Edition / BS7671.
Proven experience in petrochemical, Oil and gas or process industry environments, with strong knowledge of permit systems, site safety rules, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Effective communicator able to work collaboratively across teams while managing workload independently.
Proactive approach with strong ownership, high safety standards, and good IT skills; physically fit with a clean driving licence.
Desirable: additional compex modules (EX01-04), CCNSG, HV Authorised Person, ATG or Rotork experience, COMAH awareness, confined space and first aid training, plus basic mechanical skills.

(MRT) is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for its southern New England marine segment team.
This role is responsible for maintaining and growing our two leading brands (Pettit and ValvTect) within the marine segment.
The successful candidates will demonstrate excellence sales, customer service, negotiation, and technical paint application skills.

Main Responsibilities
Direct and indirect sales of products and services to distributors, boatyards, retails, and after-market repair businesses.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and prospects to generate long-term success.
Build and execute strategic business plans with key accounts to drive improved profitability.
Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Analyze market conditions, trends, customer needs, and respond accordingly to drive revenue and earnings within your territory.
Attend and network at industry trade shows and events.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or related area.
3+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in the marine, aquatics, fuel, or similar industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous coating application or other technical sales experience.
Previous marine, aquatics, or other industry related experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to connect and network with a variety of people at all levels of an organization.
