RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow sales and volume in the territory by maintaining existing strategic relationships as well as developing new relationships with key customers via engagement with customer procurement, product development, quality, and management personnel.
Research, analyze and develop sales opportunities for the Company's extensive range specialty coatings and ingredients within the Food & Pharmaceutical sectors. Collaborate with new and target customers to architect customized and value-added finished product solutions.

General Purpose:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment.
This will include performing regular services and maintenance procedures, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, installing new equipment, and maintain parts inventories.
In addition, you will be an active participant in EHS, ISO and Lean initiatives.
This position can lead to a supervisory role in the future.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your main duties and responsibilities daily will include but not be limited to: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and repair. Perform equipment inspections and identify need for preventive and corrective measures.

Safety Committee, maintain and update facility and equipment drawings, blueprints, and files. First point of contact for Site Security and responding to alarm events keeping the HSE/Purchasing Supervisor and Plant Manager informed. Responsible for Housekeeping within the Maintenance areas. Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High school diploma or GED Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Minimum of two years related experience and/or training Experience rigging heavy components, operating and troubleshooting mobile equipment (fork lifts, man lifts, skid-steer, etc.) Experience managing teams in the maintenance field Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Familiarity with SAP a plus. AutoCAD skills a plus
Key Competencies
Technical Skills: familiarity with OSHA a plus, mechanical knowledge and use of common tools and gauges.
Knowledge should include: troubleshooting, pump and piping repair/replacement, fabrication/repair using welding and cutting torch (essential), Industrial electrical and pneumatics, ability to interpret prints, schematics, manuals etc.

Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including cycle counting, inventory management, and customer order processing.
This role will assist with ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of goods to external customers and internal customers across the site.
Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator will provide support in the campus Lean Manufacturing MS-168 transformation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage site cycle count program Perform department cycle counts Create bill of ladings and shipping labels Receive inbound and post outbound orders Assist with the weekly processing of payroll for site employees Assist with management of the Warehouse returns Assist in the maintenance of excel spreadsheets documenting department KPI's, continuous improvement, and quality metrics Executes ISO 9001 requirements and perform MS-168 functions within areas of responsibility Assist in the department lean manufacturing and continuous improvement transformation Other duties as assigned by management team Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus
Requirements:
Must be available to work 6AM-2:30PM and flexibility to work other shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
This may include longer shifts and/or weekends.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
