I am working with a well-established firm who are ideally looking for a qualified Solicitor with 25 years PQE, also welcoming CVs from candidates who may hold conveyancing fee earning experience but not the qualification, to join their Residential Property department on a permanent basis.
The role offers hybrid working (50/50 split), and salary will be dependent on experience and expertise, including an annual performance based annual bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take on and further develop an existing, high-quality caseload.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handling residential sales, purchases and mortgages.
- Advising on related property matters including easements, planning issues, transfers of equity and environmental concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays when required.

Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis.
Perform site audits as appropriate.
Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
Assist Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
