Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day HR admin & recruitment needs for several business units within the wider organisation, as well as get involved in working on a range of HR projects and initiatives
Manage all HR admin including offers, contracts, on-boarding, exit and in-life changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system
Conduct right to work, pre-employment, background, and security checks
Place job adverts on job boards and with agency partners and undertake initial shortlisting
Agree role requirements and selection process with hiring manager, organise interviews & notify unsuccessful applicants
Assist with the smooth induction of new starters - including the completion of new starter forms
Communicate details of new starters to colleagues to ensure facilities and IT equipment are available for day one
Explain and enrol new starters in end of probation company benefits (PMI, Life Assurance and Pension Scheme)
Carry out end of month check-in with new starters & managers
Manage monthly payroll reporting, ensuring the submission is accurate & on time
Set up and administer employee benefits including carrying out maternity interviews and maintaining contact with colleagues while off on maternity leave

This position is a 4-week rolling contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance workshop.
Empty waste bins and properly segregate waste into the correct recycling bins.
Assist Maintenance Engineers with simple on-site tasks.
Move office and shop floor furniture as required.
Perform minor cosmetic painting tasks.
Keep the rear yard and main entrance to buildings clean and presentable.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as forklift (FLT) battery top-ups and company vehicle checks.
If FLT licensed, assist in moving larger items within the workshop and yard.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a labouring or maintenance support role is preferred.
FLT license (desirable but not essential).
Ability to carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Able to pass a BPSS Security Check

Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Support Worker with Bury Council.
Bury Council Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
They are also looking for someone to work 20 hours in evening shifts.
Key responsibilities
Providing person centred therapeutic and creative solutions which will assist recovery and encourage independence and self management, reducing dependence on services.
Contributing to the delivery, evaluation and changes to goal plans as required maximising independence outcomes and meeting identified goals within the agreed timelines.
Proactively working in partnership with colleagues from health and other professional agencies.
Essential Criteria
Must hold a UK drivers licence and have business insurance
Must have completed training in (Moving & handling of People, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Emergency First Aid, Safeguarding Vulnerable adults and GDPR)
