Rate: £14.65 per hour
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Nottingham
Contract: 3 months on going
Key Responsibilities:
Raise and process purchase orders, confirming receipt of goods/services
Input data into BMS/SAP systems and manage shopping cart approvals
Reconcile business credit card transactions and assist with invoice approvals
Process travel claim payments and maintain accurate records
Resolve order, payment, and invoice queries
Ensure compliance with GDPR, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety policies
Key Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and order management systems (BMS/SAP preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Awareness of GDPR, confidentiality, and equal opportunities

The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
All travel is provided on the minibus.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
