Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is currently searching for a Field Support Specialist.
The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to: Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
information relating to status of projects, remediation plans, and customer concerns) to Sales Representative. Intermediate skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.

As a Workshop Technician you will be working within the ROV Workshop team and will report directly into the ROV Technician Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with a recognized apprenticeship in a mechanical or hydraulic discipline (or equivalent).
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and the use of equipment required for the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
They must be able to read, comprehend, and follow diagrams, schematic drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering instructions, and possess good workshop practices and skills.
Additionally, the candidate should be based in or within commutable distance of Aberdeen.

The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.

Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.

DAP is looking to hire EH&S Specialist for the Pacific, Mo Plant. The EH&S Specialist job functions include but not limited to implementation and maintenance of environment, health, and safety programs at DAP's Facilities Pacific, MO.
Identify, develop and implement plant safety directives in conjunction with Legal, HR and Operations departments.
Assist facilities with; compliance obligations, develop and manage implementation of directives, coordination of worker's compensation objectives, audit and assist in correction of all deficiencies of facilities for adherence to compliance objectives and directives, lead PSM/PHA compliance, assist with facility required inspections and investigations, and travel to assist other facilities will be required.
Responsibilities
Identify and Communicate Compliance ObligationsMonitor regulatory developments in environment/health/safety area for new/revised compliance obligations, areas of potential risk/liability, and advise plant leadership regarding these issues.
Assist with development of health/safety compliance strategies in conjunction with corporate directives.
Develop/distribute plain language health/safety compliance requirement directives to plant mgmt.
in conjunction with the above group.
Network with industry peers, via participation in trade associations and seminars. Act in a Leadership Role with Plant Personnel in Fulfilling Health/Safety Compliance ObligationsProvide direction, review and oversee all safety systems.
Identify, communicate and assist in the development of Best Practices for injury prevention.
Ensure reporting/record-keeping is complete, accurate and timely per OSHA and state agency requirements, insurer's requirements and DAP mandated requirements.
Prepare and/or approve employee training materials on health/safety, conduct training where plant resources are inadequate, or where centralized training responsibility is appropriate. Develop and maintain plant PSM/PHA/RMP activitiesLead the efforts in Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance and addressing shortfalls.
Review new, continuous improvement projects for requirements related to PHA/PSM requirements. Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and DirectivesConduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives. Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis ProgramLead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive. Maintain Environmental reporting requirementsKeep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.
Computer software familiarity. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Experience in research skills. Certified Safety Professional preferred

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required unless noted above.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
