Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing prototype testing (both in-house and external) to ensure correct required
the specification is achieved.
Act as internal subject matter specialist, advising colleagues and peers to technical queries as appropriate.
Developing and maintaining a highly accurate certification system including Test Reports,
Classification Reports, EXAPs (Extended Field of Application Reports), Declaration of
Performance reports, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and appropriately accessible.
Input to and validation of technical content of Company documentation.
(Technical
drawings/specifications, brochures, IO+Ms, labelling, sales/purchasing documentation).

ERP system - Overseeing data within the company ERP system, primarily outputs of configurations and cutting sheets data will be necessary for existing and new products.
Keep up to date with current trends, practices, market developments, standards and regulatory changes that impact on the company's products and procedures.

Extensive industry experience required including in-depth understanding and
knowledge of compliance, audit and certification requirements.
Ability to act internally as a subject matter expert with an in-depth understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
Experience in working with accreditation bodies, trade associations, etc.

Tremco Field Safety Engineer
General Purpose:
Under the direction of the Assistant Safety Director, the Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. General Purpose:
To provide safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives and leadership), ensure site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 75-80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties and documentation has been completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed. At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate as an official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program). Ensure all new employees within Region meet their training objectives, e.g.
complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment
Qualifications:
Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 8 years Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft office applications The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care
Promoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
Supporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
Ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees and visitors to the Home
Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day to day management of the Home
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home
Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Able to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.50 per hour and the annual salary is £39,546 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 39 hours a week working through day shifts.

Senior Regulatory Engineer - IVD - London
A growing medical devices company in London are currently in need of an experienced regulatory engineer who will be able to assist with the management of regulatory affairs standards and quality management systems on their brand new IVD technology.
This is a key role in the development of life-saving and life-improving medical devices.
You will work closely with the quality assurance and design teams, within a ISO 13485 environment to ensure the success of the product and help steer future R&D pipeline.
It is expected that you would have a strong knowledge of regulatory standards within the UK and Europe.
So, in-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, CE Marking other standards will be essential.
We are looking for people who have experience in the IVD market and who have had some experience with FDA submissions.
Undertaking internal audits will be important in this role so hopefully you have experience of this in your current role.
It is understood that you would most likely hold a degree within an engineering, design, medical or sciences background, however the industry exposure is more important than your education, for this role.
