We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Bournemouth area.
Key Responsibilities as a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant:
- Assist the Finance Manager with other accounting tasks as and when required.
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes and performing supplier statement reconciliation
- Bank Payments
- Dealing with supplier queries;
- Processing payments and receipts (Sage)
- Agreeing daily credit card receipts
- Preparing and checking payment runs

Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Experience in servicing and repairing vehicles, ideally in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- A passion for vehicles and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
