GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Sales Coordinator (Prebuck) performs support duties critical to the sales process for Prebuck and related products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring data integrity, setting up new customers, preparing regular reports and dashboards, supporting SalesForce.com (acting as a system administrator as required), assisting with freight and logistics, coordinating estimates, preparing job quotes, following-up on orders and providing support for production schedules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general administration and coordination activities for the sales and plant operations teams as well as product management, marketing and other departments in support of revenue generation projects and initiatives. This may include but not be limited to fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate subject matter expert, developing presentations, scheduling site visits or deliveries, following up on open issues, approving invoices or expenses, coordinating local events, approving invoices or expenses, resolving interdepartmental issues, etc. Coordinate day-to-day activities with production, estimators, sales, and customers. Collaborate with customer service on custom order entries and assist with customer sign-off/approvals as needed. Prepare sales and freight quotes. Schedule and coordinate product deliveries to project sites including the procurement of shipping and logistics services. Schedule field technical resources and communicate site schedules with customer as necessary. Perform new customer set-ups and maintain accurate customer data in related systems. Act as a designated power user for SalesForce.com. Leverage related SAP functions for procurement, sales, KPIs, customer details, etc. Provide regular reporting of critical information utilizing SAP, Salesforce.com, and other relevant internal/external systems platforms (i.e. sales reports, opportunity pipeline charts, etc.) Coordinate production based on project wins, ensuring orders are scheduled and shipped in accordance with customer expectations. Maintain inventory levels and procure raw materials to ensure adequate inventory. Update the Resource Center with new account requests; order approvals; product literature, apparel and promotional items; TremBox presentations, product catalogs, etc. as needed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required, Bachelors degree preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Minimum two years' experience in an administrative support role, project coordination, or similar capacity OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required (written and verbal). Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely, accurate manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and to work as a team. Advanced proficiency using SAP, SalesForce.com, Modus, and database management experience preferred. Advanced proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills including the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials. Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc. Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. The Engineering, Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing all engineering activities and maintaining and upgrading the Site's facilities and production equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining/advancing a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program at the facility, while identifying capital requirements for the annual capital plan. Responsibilities also include developing and assisting in value stream design and implementation of lean principles and tools within the manufacturing environment. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with value stream mapping, employee training, continuous improvement event facilitation, waste identification and elimination, problem solving (through the scientific method), work area and station design and layout, visual control implementation, material flow, and progress tracking and communication. Lastly, this resource acts as a passionate advocate for a cultural change toward lean thinking throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with LEAN leadership in eliminating unplanned production interruptions. Use DAKOTA as the compliance tool to report incidents, near misses and non-conformances, and to maintain compliance with EH&S. Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Prepare capital projects for submission to management. Included are costs, schedule, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and needed procedures. Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures. Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001). Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
